Risk Management: Incident Reporting and TrendingIncident/Occurrence ReportingBETA Healthcare Group (BHG) has developed two customized risk identification tools to help members identify exposures, develop baselines for quality improvement activities, and monitor the effectiveness of actions taken. Members who choose to use either one of the reports, Quality Review Report or Incident Report, can opt to submit their data to BHG for computer entry. On-line Data AnalysisThrough the extranet section of this website, members can access their monthly summary data on-line. BHG’s proprietary “extranet” allows risk managers to view and retrieve their own data, which is presented in control chart, Pareto chart, and narrative summary formats. This helps members to identify and address problem areas more quickly.
