Claims Management: How to Report Auto Claims

BHG Members:

Begin by completing the Automobile Loss Notice, providing as much information as possible. Once completed, click on the “submit” button and the Automobile Loss Notice will be electronically submitted to BHG. You will then have the option to print the completed Automobile Loss Notice for your records.

If you need to submit written information, you may fax the information to (925) 838-6088.

Please note that submission of the Automobile Loss Notice does not guarantee coverage. Coverage will be determined after the loss information has been reviewed.

Non-Members:

You may leave a message on BHG’s Auto Hotline (800) 838-411 ext. 300., providing contact information and details about your claim. We will contact you after we verify the loss information.
