The Risk Reporter is a bimonthly newsletter covering current risk management and quality improvement topics. Its companion newsletter, BETA Briefs, provides additional information about topics covered in the Risk Reporter that are of particular relevance to hospital employees.
From our member area, you can view or download copies of Risk Reporter and many of our other publications.
To download the issue, right-click the link then choose Save Target As (or Save Link As) from the pop-up menu. In the Save As dialog box, select a location on your computer, then click Save.
You will need Acrobat Reader to view PDF files. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded for free from Adobe's website.
